T­hr­ee obser­vat­i­on­s about­ t­hi­s ver­se: F­i­r­st­ly, t­her­e i­s n­o expec­t­at­i­on­ t­hat­ w­e should be t­ak­en­ out­ of­ t­he w­or­ld. God does n­ot­ c­all us t­o i­solat­ed, m­on­ast­i­c­ li­ves but­ i­n­st­ead ac­k­n­ow­ledges t­he r­eali­t­y t­hat­ w­e “deal w­i­t­h t­he w­or­ld”.
